New Hampshire Name Changes 1847

LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
AN ACT to alter the names of certain persons. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened, That the several persons herein named shall hereafter be called and known by the names by which this act they are respectively allowed to assume, viz:

Joseph Elliot Twitchell of Dublin, may take the name of Elliot Twitchell
