AN ACT to alter the names of certain persons. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened, That the several persons herein named shall hereafter be called and known by the named which by this act they are respectively allowed to assume, viz:

George W. Huntoon of Poplin may take the name of George Warren
Thomas F. Odell 2d of Conway may take the name of Fletcher Odell
John Currier Jr of South Hampton may take the name of John Elwin Currier
Polly Carlton of Newtown may take the name of Mary Ann Carlton
Benjamin Leathers of Barrington may take the name of Benjamin Walker
Betsey Leathers of Barrington may take the name of Betsey Walker
Lucy Leathers of Barringotn may take the name of Lucy Walker
