AN ACT to alter the names of certain persons. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened, That the several persons herein named shall hereafter be called and known by the named which by this act they are respectively allowed to assume, viz:

Jacob B. Gove of Deering may take the name of Otis W. Gove
Emery Hackett of Gilmanton may take the name of Hackett Emery
Mehitable R. Hackett of Gilmanton may take the name of Mehitable Emery
John E. Hackett of Gilmanton may take the name of John Emery
