New Hampshire Name Changes 1839

LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
AN ACT to alter the names of certain persons therein mentioned
BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in the General Court convened, That from and after the passage of this act, the several persons herein named shall be called and known by the names which by this act they are respectively allowed to assume, viz:

George Hartwell of Nashua may take the name of George Hartwell Taggard
Reuben Loverin of Deering may take the name of Reuben E. Loverin
Caroline Matilda Page of Jackson may take the name of Caroline Matilda Eaton
Samuel Murdouhg of Deering may take the name of Samuel Ebenezer McKeen
Nathaniel Rowe of Gilmanton may take the name of Nathaniel Brown Rowe
Allura Ann Craig of Sharon may take the name of Allura Ann Moors
William Milligan Jr of Campton may take the name of William Collins Harvey
George Moses Milligan of Campton may take the name of Moses Collins Harvey
Roena Harriman of Conway may take the name of Roena Thompson
